Dear Reader,
It is not long now before the days start to get longer and we get some extra light. Having more light can make such a difference to our moods and general feeling of wellbeing.
Try to get outside for a walk each day even just for thirty minutes to get even the weak sunlight on your skin as we now know how important vitamin D is, not only for keeping bones strong and preventing osteoporosis but also for prevention of cancer (especially breast cancer) and heart disease. When you go out for the walk, don’t wear any make up or creams that have in-built sun protection factors otherwise your skin can’t manufacture vitamin D from the sunlight.
In this issue of Natural News there is an article on getting a hay fever prevention plan in action ready for the summer months to help lessen the symptoms or even prevent them in the first place. There is now so much in the news about the benefits of Omega 3 fatty acids on health especially children’s intellectual development that I thought it would be useful to include an article to show how Omega 3 fatty acids can be useful in other areas of health in this case fertility. Over the last century there has been an 80% decrease in the consumption of Omega 3 fatty acids so we are not eating enough of these essential fats in our diet and yet they are so important for many aspects of our health. If you are not eating enough of these essential fats in your diet then you should add in an Omega 3 fish oil supplement each day.
I hope you are enjoying Natural News and thank you for your feedback which is really useful in knowing what you want.
Kind regards

Marilyn Glenville
