A team of American researchers have shown that people who take photographs of their meals stick more carefully to their healthy eating plan than those who do not take a photo. It seems that with pictorial evidence of what they are eating, people are more aware of the quality and quantity of what they put on their plate.

A recent study interviewed thousands of overweight people and asked them about their eating and exercise habits. What was fascinating about the study is that the great majority said they thought they were eating healthily and exercising regularly but even though they appeared to be doing all the right things they were still overweight. Natural treatments for breast discomfort

Breast swelling and pain, especially in the week or so before your period are normal reactions to fluctuating hormone levels. As women reach their 40s, however this discomfort can sometimes develop into severe pain called mastalgia where the breasts become hard and extremely painful. A mastalgia attack can last for up to ten days. The causes are not completely understood but mastalgia may be caused by unusual sensitivity of breast tissue to fluctuating hormones leading up to the menopause.
